NeoGenesis Consulting was founded in 2005 by Victor Powell, the Product Manager for SAP Production Revenue Accounting (PRA) from 2015 to 2024. Victor brings his 25+ years of experience with Upstream Oil and Gas solutions, as well as his broad and deep network of relationships within the industry, to serve our clients in successful deployment and support of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
The NeoGenesis Consulting team brings in a cumulative total of 250+ years of experience in SAP Production Revenue Accounting (PRA), Joint Venture Accounting (JVA) and Finance (FI) consulting as well as experience in Project Management, Change Management, Development and Basis support.

Victor Powell
FOUNDER
Victor Powell has an extensive background in the Oil & Gas industry and an inside knowledge of the SAP solutions for Upstream Oil & Gas clients. Victor worked for 20 years on software development and consulting, primarily in the Oil & Gas sector, with firms including EDS, Price Waterhouse, and IBM Global Services before founding NeoGenesis Consulting in 2005. In 2015, Victor became the Production Revenue Accounting (PRA) Product Owner for SAP and helped guide the development of the PRA solution for almost 10 years before returning to lead NeoGenesis Consulting

Brian Coleman has over 35 years of IT industry-related experience. He has worked on delivery engagements and systems support engagements as both a solutions provider with Andersen Consulting and on the client side with multiple companies as an IT Director. Brian’s focus is on providing outstanding customer service and providing the best resources and solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
